Flower Order Form

Our minimum order amount is $75.00 - delivery fees are based on mileage and will be added onto your order if your order requires delivery. We service the entire Triad area from Mocksville to Greensboro and in-between. 
. Same day weekday deliveries must be ordered by 11am. Weekend orders must be preordered. We can not accept same day orders for Saturday or Sunday.
We are happy to take special requests however we can NOT guarantee specific blooms. We are not a point and click florist with rows of pre-made recipe arrangements. Each order is treated as a custom design that we create with the recipient in mind.
We strive to support local farmers whenever possible!

Daily orders:
Small - $75 - $90
Medium - $100 - $125
Large - $150 - $200
Extra Large - $250+

Message To Recipient - you will be upgraded to a full size, locally designed  greeting card if you have a long message for $5.00

I understand that by submitting this form, I am placing an order with Dahlias. I agree that I am responsible for the invoice amount that will follow my submission.  I understand that delivery, a 3.25% credit card processing fee and tax is added after mileage is assessed, and your invoice is finalized. Due to environmental factors beyond our control Dahlias can not guarantee the longevity of any arrangement once it leaves our design shop. Flowers stay fresher longer when trimmed daily, and kept in clean water. Flowers will last their longest if stored in a cool/cold but not freezing (38 degrees - 55 degrees) place overnight. Lastly, we want you to know that we think you are awesome! You chose to support a small business rather than a large corporation, and that means the world to us!
